Since its inception in 2005, Solal became a notable charterer and tanker operator. Initially focused on handling fuel oil, the company is currently involved into transportation of crude oil, bitumen, naphtha and other clean and dirty petroleum products from the Black, Mediterranean and Baltic Seas in both eastern and western directions.

Solal has developed close working relationships with the major tanker owners and operators, oil companies, traders and external service providers including shipping agencies, brokers and terminal authorities.
